Returns & Refunds

Every order is personalised by hand with your names, dates, messages or photos, and made to order especially for you by a small Irish business.

Because each item is made to your personal specifications, personalised products cannot be returned or cancelled simply because you have changed your mind. This reflects the exemption for personalised goods under Irish and EU consumer law.

Please check your names, dates, spellings and any photo carefully before ordering, as your chocolates are made exactly as provided. If you spot a mistake, contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to help before your order goes into production.

Your statutory rights are not affected. If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are entitled to a remedy, which may be a repair, replacement or refund, in line with your rights under Irish consumer law.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact me as soon as possible, with your order number and a photo of the issue, so I can put things right.

Where a refund is due, it will be made to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights that apply if goods are faulty, not as described, or not delivered within the agreed timeframe.
